# Insights

> See what your agents cost and why: spend, model calls and tokens by type, for one workspace or the whole organization.

Insights shows where usage goes. Open it for one workspace from **Workspace
settings → Insights**, or for every workspace at once from **Organization
settings → Insights**. Both are the same dashboard; the organization one adds a
workspace filter and a breakdown by workspace.

Workspace Insights is for workspace admins. Organization Insights is for
people who can read the organization's billing.

## What you see

* **Spend.** What Opengeni credits charged, plus a list-price estimate for
calls paid by a connected plan (ChatGPT, Claude, SuperGrok) or your own API
key. Those calls aren't charged by Opengeni, so their amount is marked with
`~` and labelled as an estimate.
* **Model calls, tokens and cache hit rate.** The cache hit rate is the share
of input the provider read back from its prompt cache.
* **Tokens and cost by type.** Input splits into new input, cache reads and
cache writes; output includes reasoning. Each type shows its token count and
its share of the list-price cost, so you can see, for example, that cache
writes are a small share of tokens but a large share of cost.
* **Over time.** One chart per hour (today) or per day, as spend, tokens by
type or calls. **By model** (or by the current breakdown) stacks the bars by
  group.
* **Breakdown by.** One table you can group by model, provider, paid with,
workspace (organization only), project, session, person or schedule. Sort
any column. Select a row to filter the whole dashboard to it and look one
level down; remove the filter chip to go back. **Recent calls** lists the
  latest individual calls.

Pick the period (today, the last 7, 30 or 90 days, this month or the year to
date) and add filters with **Filter**. The whole selection is in the URL, so
you can share a view.

## Privacy

Totals include everyone's usage, private chats included, as amounts only.
Other people's private ("Only me") chats appear as one amount row per person,
never with a title or a link. Usage from chats that were deleted shows as
**Deleted chats**. In Organization Insights, other members' Personal
workspaces appear as amounts only, under the member's name.

An amount shows **—** when the model has no list price yet; hover it for why.
A comparison with the previous period appears only when that period had usage.
